* Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten students can’t have their own lunch.

It is required to have school lunch for all these students. No exceptions and discussions.

For new Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten student rest mat will be cost $25.00

 

Multiple Student Discount:

 

The first child is full price; 2nd $25.00 off; 3rd and the following children $50.00 off.

*All students who have any discount must pay for tuition book two times in year (October and February payment)

Enrollment:

* Payment for the first and last months have to be made on the first month the student is enrolled.

The payment most be fully paid if your child has attended at least two days of school.

If for some reason you would like to cancel the tuition agreement with the Slavic Christian Academy, you will be required to write a letter to the office one-month prior. Cancellation agreement fee: $150.00

 

Payment Option:

1. Total Year Tuition and fees paid in advance on first day of the school: 5% tuition discount.

2. Total Half Year Tuition and fees paid on first day of the school: 3% tuition discount.

3. The Registration Nonrefundable Fee should be paid with the application before the beginning of the school year.

 

Late Fees and SCA Activity:

If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, the school will be assessed there will be a penalty fee of $25.00.

If your check has insufficient funds you will be assigned a penalty fee of $35.00

Delinquent Accounts:

If accounts are one month past due, parents will be asked to bring the accounts current or withdraw their students.

Withdrawal of a Student:

Withdrawal Penalty - Students, who withdraw after attending at least one day of school, will be:

1. Assessed: 10% of the Total Annual Tuition as a withdrawal fee if withdrawn during first semester.

2. If withdrawn after January the penalty will be 5% each month thereafter.

3. All students who have discount should pay 10% of the Total Annual Tuition for books each month.

 

School Records:

School records will not be released until all accounts are settled and material returned.
